W.O.T.D. ~ 09.08.12
So today is a rest day for Turbo Fire so I didn't do any cardio. BUT when you do Tone It Up workouts your heart rate always gets pumping - something I really love! Here is what I did...it was LEGS day and they got WERKED! I started off with TIU Thighs...3x through!
My legs were burnin', BUT I still moved on and followed it with....
Also 3x through. Then I did a little foam rolling on my legs. Have a great workout y'all!
