Wowsers....it's been that long since I last blogged. Somebody get the whip out!

I'm super excited to tell you that the 3rd Annual Bikini Series has finally hit the internet waves! Yes ma'am...Karena and Katrina are at it again. Check out this video intro about the Bikini Series...

So it officially started last Tuesday (I think). And K&K have already dished out like 3 workouts for us - a couple of cardio seshs and then this bad boy (which I haven't done yet, BUT will today).
The series is 8 weeks long until the 1st day of Summer. I'm also sticking with Kathleen Tesori's Cutting Program - check it out here. K.T. is another of my fav fitness professionals to follow. Check out her 360 Fitness vid - I guarantee you'll love her as much as me!

Is anyone else like me...always wondering why the pounds just seem to drop off for everyone else but ME!
That is where I am right now. I'm frustrated and I'm to the point where I feel like giving up, but I'm not willing to give up to the point where I just let myself go. That is not an option! But why if I work so hard at exercising and watching what I eat does the scale stay the same? Inches seem to be going somewhere, but not a significant amount of inches.
I love TurboFire and I've been doing the workout program since the end of January. I haven't seen much difference in my body. What's even more frustrating is that I LOVE TurboFire and wanted it to be my "magic pill". I guess in some ways it is my "magic pill" because I love doing it and I can't wait to get up in the morning and push play. But I'm not getting the results I want from it.
Which is why I'm sooooo looking forward to the 2nd Annual Tone It Up Bikini Challenge! YAY! Last year it was a blast and I would assume it will continue to be a blast. Karena and Katrina come up with new workouts each week and they are amazing. PLUS you have the chance to win prizes!
So, my plan is to start really living the Tone It Up diet plan starting on Monday (gotta get me some good groceries during the weekend). I'm still training for the Cap 10K which is March 25, so I will gradually start adding Tone It Up workouts back in my schedule. Once the Cap 10K is done...I'm all over the workouts! I'll alternate my morning bootycalls with TurboFire and jogging with my Bud. For my other workout(s) during the day, I will do a Tone It Up workout either at lunch time or after work. And I'm going to incorporate more yoga into my schedule. I just looked at my gym's schedule and they've added a whole lot more Hot Yoga class - yippee!
