Yesterday we left our great city to head up to Houston for my son's Lacrosse games. I did my morning workout yesterday and started the day out with good intentions...as many of us do. Fast food quickly made it into my mouth and good decision making went out the door. I'm also feeling the effects of not drinking enough water.
BUT today is a new day and I started it off with Fire 45 and Stretch 10. Drank 32 oz of H2O in the process and followed it with a chocolate Shakeology made with H2O and ice. I'm going to try to concentrate on choosing better food options as well ;)
So...moral of the story is....although you may be away from home you can ALWAYS take your workouts with you!
