7:30 A.M.: chocolate peanut butter oatmeal made with PB2 & Meta-D
10:30 A.M.: plain nonfat greek yogurt with strawberries, blackberries and 1 pack of stevia & green tea
12:15 P.M.: Chipotle Chicken wrap (romaine lettuce, pico de gallo, black beans, chipotle mayo, chicken, cheese) & medium fruit cup
1:15 P.M.: Lunch Time Workout: Drop 10 HIIT Workout Week 1 Day 1 + Sculpting (burned a whooping 400 calories!)
2:30 P.M.: After workout recovery - 1 scoop each of P90X Results & Recovery plus True Athlete Vanilla Protein Powder
4:30 P.M.: Luna Protein Bar Chocolate Mint
7:00 P.M.: Grilled Cheese Sandwich (light honey wheat bread, 1 Tbsp Smart Balance butter, 1 slice of Provolone Cheese, 1 slice of American Cheddar Cheese
9:45 P.M.: 1 Pink Lady Apple with 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Lots of H2O all day long!
