I also read Day 19 of May Cause Miracles. Today is about forgiving my ego's perception of my body. Forgiveness is the "F" word!

Remember to find the things that GOD says about you and speak those truths to yourself. :D YOu are His child. 1 John 3:1 See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.
